An Owner with insight

I was in a meeting this past week with a owner/developer of multi-family apartments and his General Contractor. The General Contractor was trying to talk the owner/developer out of using ICF for the common walls between apartments. The owner asked the question? What is the number one reason people move out of their apartment? His answer was the noise from neighboring units. ICF’s have a minimum of an STC rating of 52, which is extremely quiet. He also went on to tell the cost of an apartment turnover. The longer you keep the tenant the more you make off the unit. Don’t you wish all owner/developers had this kind of insight and common sense knowledge.
